<h2>🚀 Ingeniero GenAI (GCP) – Mid/Senior</h2><p>📍 Modalidad: Remoto <br>💼 Tipo de empleo: Tiempo completo</p><p>Buscamos un(a) <strong>Ingeniero(a) de Generative AI con experiencia en Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</strong> para diseñar e implementar soluciones avanzadas basadas en modelos de lenguaje (LLMs). Este rol será clave en la construcción de pipelines RAG escalables, sistemas multi-agente y soluciones de IA listas para producción que impacten directamente en el negocio.</p><hr><h3>🔧 Responsabilidades principales</h3><ul><li><p>Diseñar, implementar y optimizar pipelines end-to-end de <strong>RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)</strong> enfocados en calidad de recuperación y escalabilidad.</p></li><li><p>Desarrollar soluciones de <strong>IA generativa</strong> utilizando el ecosistema de <strong>Vertex AI</strong> (Workbench, Feature Store, MLOps).</p></li><li><p>Implementar técnicas avanzadas de RAG como Chunking estratégico, Detección de límites semánticos, Negative sampling, Optimización de retrieval</p></li><li><p>Diseñar e implementar <strong>sistemas multi-agente y soluciones autónomas de IA</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Asegurar la calidad productiva de los sistemas mediante Seguridad multicapa, Redacción de PII, Guardrails de entrada/salida (toxicidad, sesgos, factualidad), Auditoría y logging</p></li><li><p>Definir métricas y procesos de evaluación A/B testing, Evaluación humana, Métricas RAG (Precision@K, Recall@K)</p></li><li><p>Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería para despliegues eficientes en entornos cloud-native.</p></li></ul><hr><h3>🧩 Requisitos</h3><ul><li><p>+5 años de experiencia en TI, con al menos <strong>2 años en AI/ML (especialmente GenAI y LLMs)</strong></p></li><li><p>Experiencia sólida en <strong>Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</strong>: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Run / Kubernetes</p></li><li><p><strong>Inglés avanzado conversacional (indispensable)</strong></p></li><li><p>Experiencia comprobable diseñando soluciones <strong>RAG a escala</strong></p></li><li><p>Conocimiento profundo de: Bases de datos vectoriales, Métricas de similitud, Estrategias de reranking</p></li><li><p>Dominio de <strong>Python</strong> y frameworks de IA como LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI</p></li><li><p>Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones empresariales cloud-native con <strong>Gemini Enterprise y Vertex AI</strong></p></li><li><p>Experiencia en diseño e integración de <strong>AI Agents</strong></p></li><li><p>Experiencia en ciclo completo de desarrollo (Nuevas funcionalidades, Replatforming, Mantenimiento y escalabilidad, Debugging)</p></li><li><p>Experiencia con herramientas de desarrollo asistido por IA (ej.
