This role partners closely with leaders to uphold our values, navigate people-related challenges, and ensure a consistent, fair, and high-performing employee experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a key member of the Talent & Culture team, the Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor and coach—supporting Directors through employee relations, performance management, and organizational growth.
