Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Maintain and update client databases, track communication, and follow up on leads.

  • Support the sales team in reaching monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Arts (B.A) or Business Administration (B.B.A) – Freshers encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting ideas.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.

Experience

  • No prior experience required.

  • Fresh graduates or individuals with 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing will be a good fit.

  • On-the-job training will be provided.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST)

  • Weekends off

  • Flexible work-from-home arrangement available
