Freelance Prose Writer (Romance Fiction)

Pepper Story Limited is a international publishing company working with a variety of serialized fiction platforms. We're looking for writers interested in engaging in the creation of serialized novels.

This is a freelance, project-based position with long-term potential. Writers will be matched with a genre fiction project and be responsible for writing at least 10 chapters (each above 1,200 words) per week based on a detailed outline.

Compensation will be $15-$20 per chapter.

Writer’s Qualification:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to write fast-paced scenes and concise but powerful dialogue
  • Ability to write in a commercial and dramatic style
  • Interest in romantic fiction and other genres with romantic elements. (Experience with Werewolf stories is preferred.)
  • Ability to write spicy and high-heat scenes
  • Availability to write a minimum of 10 chapters weekly is a must.
  • Approved applicants will then be matched with a project and compensated for a sample chapter.
