<p><p><b>Finance / Renewals Manager </b> </p> <p>Location: SW London </p> <p>Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum </p> <p>Hybrid working- 1 day working from home a week, potentially moving to 2 days after a period of time. </p> <h2>Overview </h2> <p>A growing organisation is seeking a Finance / Renewals Manager with strong bookkeeping skills. The role combines customer renewals management with core finance duties. </p> <h2>Duties </h2> <ul> <li>Renewals (1-3 days per week): </li> <li>Identify upcoming service renewals and coordinate with suppliers and engineering teams. </li> <li>Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients, explaining benefits and securing approval. </li> <li>Instruct suppliers to renew services and ensure clients are billed accurately. </li> <li>Produce weekly billing reports and upcoming schedules for engineering teams. </li> <li>Invoice jobs and orders, monitor project costs, and flag any overruns. </li> <li>Finance / Bookkeeping (2-3 days per week): </li> <li>Raise invoices for goods and services. </li> <li>Complete bank reconciliations and prepare VAT returns. </li> <li>Manage payroll and pensions. </li> <li>Use accounting software to maintain accurate financial records. </li> </ul> <h2>Requirements </h2> <ul> <li>Experience in renewals, finance, customer success, account management, or similar roles (ideally in a SaaS environment). </li> <li>Familiarity with an accounting system is essential! </li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills. </li> <li>Solid IT proficiency and ability to automate tasks. </li> <li>Good time-management, especially during busy periods. </li> <li>Ideally you will be able to create a VAT Return, reconcile the bank, do payroll and pensions for the companies employees. </li> <li>Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes. </li> </ul> <h2>Salary </h2> <ul> <li>Basic salary £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience </li> </ul> </p> #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: GBP 35000 - 40000 per year
