Want to see more of what goes on behind the scenes?</p><p>Give this a watch: 🎬 https://www.tiktok.com/@sistersandseekers</p><p><b>About The Role</b></p><p>We are looking for an experienced, highly creative Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of brand events that bring the S&S world to life.</p><p>This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who can take an event from concept → planning → production → flawless execution, while keeping pace with a fast-moving calendar and high standards. You’ll be responsible for delivering events that feel premium, exciting, culturally relevant and unmistakably S&S - always on time, on budget, and commercially impactful.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><p>Event Strategy & Concept Development:</p><ul><li>Work closely with Creative Directors to transform their initial brief and vision into a detailed concept.</li><li>Lead the development and creation of standout event concepts that align with the S&S brand, campaigns and growth plans.</li><li>Translate creative direction into real-world experiences that our community, creators and partners genuinely want to be part of.</li><li>Build event formats across different scales: intimate community events, pop-ups, influencer events, press moments, new product activations, brand collaborations and retail experiences.</li></ul><p>End-to-End Event Planning & Delivery:</p><ul><li>Own full project management across each event including timelines, dependencies, resources and risk management.</li><li>Manage budgets, suppliers, contracts, logistics, production schedules and on-site execution.</li><li>Ensure every event is delivered in a <b>timely</b>, organised and stress-free way for the wider team.</li></ul><p>Production, Styling & Brand Experience:</p><ul><li>Oversee how the event looks and feels, ensuring it delivers on atmosphere, styling, details and overall guest experience.</li><li>Work closely with creative, social, content and marketing teams to ensure the event is built with creative content and storytelling in mind.</li><li>Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all touchpoints: colours, signage, dressing, styling, lighting, flow, staff presentation etc.</li></ul><p>Supplier & Partner Management:</p><ul><li>Source, brief, and manage external suppliers (e.g. venues, security, catering, florists etc.).</li><li>Build strong relationships with partners and ensure collaborations are commercially sound and brand-aligned.</li><li>Negotiate rates and ensure value-for-money without sacrificing quality.</li></ul><p>Guest List, Influencer & Talent Coordination:</p><ul><li>Support the planning and execution of guest strategy (VIPs, creators, press, community, brand partners).</li><li>Coordinate invites, RSVP management, guest comms and VIP hosting plans.</li><li>Work with social/community teams to ensure key people are in the room and the energy reflects the brand.</li></ul><p>On-the-Day Leadership:</p><ul><li>Lead on-the-ground delivery and run of show from start to finish.</li><li>Brief staff and suppliers, oversee set-up and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.</li><li>Act as the main point of escalation and problem-solver in real time.</li></ul><p>Post-Event Performance & Reporting:</p><ul><li>Run post-event reviews to capture learnings, results, and improvements.</li><li>Track event performance against objectives (reach, engagement, content output, footfall, sales
