Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated E-commerce & Dropshipping Specialist to manage and optimize our online store operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire dropshipping process, ensuring efficient product listings, monitoring inventory, optimizing pricing strategies, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and marketing professionals to maximize sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.

  • Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand our product catalog.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid stockouts and delays.

  • Implement effective pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, identify trends, and improve conversion rates.

  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and disputes to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
