ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to grow our Digital Signage business and open new markets for our unique product offerings. The National Account Manager will reach their business targets by developing leads and relationships with marketing content providers, property management firms, retail, commercial, and government marketing and brand sourcing decision makers. These relationships will be supported by a superior product offering and a professional operational team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual with the correct skill set. Although thorough training will be provided, we are looking for an experienced, seasoned sales professional with technical sales experience. The position is remote and will require frequent travel within the United States.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and develop new opportunities for digital signage solutions across key markets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Lead client discovery conversations to uncover needs and position tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI-driven business cases
  • Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies for digital signage
  • Attend industry functions, association events, and conferences; provide feedback on market and creative trends

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as the internal expert on digital signage technologies, trends, and best practices
  • Stay current on hardware, software, CMS platforms, and emerging innovations
  • Support the sales team with technical knowledge during client engagements
  • Help define standard offerings, pricing strategies, and solution packages

Client Strategy & Solution Development

  • Design end-to-end digital signage solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with design, production, and installation teams, including collaborating with the creative team on interior signage and with Pride Visual Solutions on exterior signage channel partnership opportunities
  • Guide clients on content strategy, user experience, and long-term scalability
  • Ensure solutions align with client goals and deliver measurable value
  • Determine customer requirements and overall solution functionalities via communication with internal departments and prospective customers
  • Integrate with Clients and their subcontractors to ensure they know the electrical and data requirements for each palcement

Estimating & Quoting Support

  • Generate quotes, RFP documentation, and scope of work contracts in partnership with the estimating team, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Determine cost and service requirements for each project scope
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide internal reporting through all phases of the pre-sales cycle

North American Market Development

  • Pursue opportunities across the United States with a focus on national accounts and multi-location programs
  • When opportunities arise involving North American clients or programs with cross-border reach, actively pursue and develop those relationships
  • Leverage introductions from the US corporate office to connect with Canadian decision makers where applicable
  • Partner with A/V contractors, who frequently hold end-user relationships and collaborate on RFPs — building and maintaining these relationships is a key growth lever

Internal Leadership & Enablement

  • Train and mentor the existing sales team on digital signage opportunities and positioning
  • Develop internal playbooks, tools, and resources for selling digital solutions
  • Act as a champion for growing the digital signage vertical within the organization
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities and product gaps

Program & Project Oversight

  • Coordinate with internal project management and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Ensure scope, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met
  • Support clients during program rollouts, pilot installations, and national conversions
  • Monitor project performance and resolve client concerns proactively

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Expansion of digital solutions within existing client base
  • Client retention and satisfaction
  • Number and value of new digital signage accounts acquired
  • Revenue growth within the digital signage vertical
  • Internal adoption and capability growth across the team

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record of prospecting, closing, and managing national accounts
  • 3–7+ years in sales, preferably in digital signage, AV solutions, or related technology
  • Strong understanding of digital signage ecosystems (displays, media players, CMS platforms)
  • Familiarity with content strategy, integrations, and networked systems is an asset
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for clients
  • Experience managing the sales process using a CRM system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience working closely with designers, architectural interior designers, marketing experts, A/V contractors, and brand content creators preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something new
  • Strong communication, presentation, and cold-calling skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Remote position with extensive travel within the United States (approximately 10 days per month)
  • Periodic travel to client sites, installations, and industry events
  • Ability to manage multiple client programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity required to operate computer and peripherals
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Valid passport required

COMPENSATION & PERKS

  • First year: $100,000 USD minimum guaranteed total compensation
