POSITION SUMMARY: The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel demand generation programs that create qualified pipeline and support new customer acquisition.

The role focuses on turning Go‑To‑Market concepts into measurable demand by driving traffic, leads, MQLs, and sales opportunities across digital and offline channels. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, funnel optimization, and performance analytics, working closely with Channel Managers, Marketing Managers, Regional Marketing, and Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Execute demand generation programs aligned with global Go‑To‑Market campaigns and launches.
  • Activate campaigns across digital and offline channels (paid media, email, events, landing pages, webinars).
  • Own digital presence across the region: optimize website/landing pages for industrial keywords, manage PPC (Google Ads), and track performance.
  • Localize content for key markets (language, style, tonality etc.) using freelancers and agencies as needed.
  • Partner closely with sales engineers, application specialists, and global marketing for campaign alignment and asset sharing.
  • Coordinate with Channel Managers to ensure channels are sequenced and optimized for conversion. Support both new customer acquisition and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Work with Marketing Managers and Channel Managers to ensure campaigns are properly tracked and automated.
  • Design and manage nurture journeys, lead scoring, and conversion paths.
  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose optimization actions.
  • Ensure consistent CTAs, offers, and content progression across touchpoints.
  • Track and report on demand generation KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline sourced/influenced, CPA, conversion rates.
  • Support regional marketing teams with demand gen playbooks and best practices.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a marketing communication, events planning, or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of marketing tools such as Dynamics 365, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO Tools (e.g., Ahrefs/SEMrush), basic PPC.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Comfortable working with technical content in a high tech B2B environment

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Between 25% to 50% travel/overnight stays required – a valid drivers license is required. International trips maybe required.
