As a data analyst mid to lead on the Strategic Solutions team within the Personal Lines (PL) Control organization, you’ll serve as the primary analyst specializing in household economics, household penetration, and household retention. In this role, you’ll build on the foundational household analytics already in place, own key dashboards, and mine them for household-related insights. You’ll also collaborate with the PL Control Bundled Economics team to influence business decisions across multiple business units.

In addition, you’ll enhance decision-making algorithms managed by the Control organization and partner with the team’s lead analyst to address questions from a wide range of customers, such as Auto product managers, controllers, and other business leaders.

  • *Remote work is allowed, with periodic travel to Cleveland for broader team meetings (estimated 2 times a year).
  • *Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.
  • *Preferred skills
  • Knowledge of the Auto product
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., SAS, Python or R)
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of customers, from analysts to business leaders
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver quick, high-quality results
  • *Compensation
  • $67,300 - $131,200/ year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 24% - 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
