We also offer company-provided short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Position Overview: </b> <br> The CoOp/CEMA Team Lead is responsible for providing guidance and expertise to a team of Specialists and Administrators focused on CoOp and CEMA loans. This role handles loan-level escalations and inquiries to ensure timely resolution of exceptions and missing trailing documents. The CoOp/CEMA Team Lead monitors daily reports and investor requirements to maintain accurate documentation, ensure follow-up, and support clear communication with departments and investors. This role participates in daily production, as needed. The CoOP/CEMA Team Lead collaborates closely with CCM team members, title companies, and attorneys’ offices to ensure accurate documentation is prepared and delivered to investors.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Monitor and direct all incoming daily mail, including email, to be processed for intake, scanning, and shipping by the CoOp/CEMA Team.</li><li>Assist the CoOp/CEMA Team with follow-ups to settlement companies and attorneys’ offices to obtain aged, missing documents outstanding for delivery to investors, as needed or when escalated by the team.</li><li>Pull reports from the LOS system to identify documents currently outstanding with investors.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day management of the assigned CoOp/CEMA Team, including employee development, performance coaching, and approving timesheets and time-off requests.</li><li>Serve as the first-level escalation point for the CoOp/CEMA Team to address general questions and conduct additional file reviews to assist with loan-level decisions on various topics.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and training of new hires and support upskilling of existing employees across a variety of topics, as needed.</li><li>Provide updates on the status of assigned loans to the Manager and Executive Leadership.</li><li>Ensure the CoOp/CEMA Team meets monthly production goals.</li><li>Ensure investor guidelines are followed to avoid incurring late delivery fees.</li><li>Assist CoOp/CEMA Team tasks and responsibilities, as necessary.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications and Skills:</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with title work, preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass 360 loan origination software. </li><li>Knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, preferred. </li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Detail oriented with advanced organizational skills.</li><li>Requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Outlook).  </span>      </li></ul><p>            </p><p>This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
