Client Identity & Access Management Product Manager – Branch & Contact Center

<p style="text-align:left"><b>Location:</b></p>4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><u><span>Job Description</span></u></b><br><b><span>About the Job:</span></b>  We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead Client Identity and Access Management (CIAM) strategy execution for KeyBank’s Branch & Contact Center channels. This role is pivotal in advancing fraud prevention and client protection by modernizing authentication and supporting the CIAM program. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and technical leadership for secure, seamless client experiences.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><b><span>Leadership and Management:</span></b> Act as SME for identity verification and authentication in Branch & Contact Center channels. Lead cross-functional coordination.</li><li><b><span>CIAM Program Execution:</span></b> Implement CIAM standards and orchestrate authentication flows within commercial banking and payments platforms.</li><li><b><span>Fraud Detection & Risk Management:</span></b> Define metrics for fraud detection and authentication performance. Analyze account takeover and credential compromise trends; develop mitigation strategies.</li><li><b><span>Documentation & Compliance:</span></b> Maintain CIAM documentation and strategic roadmap. Support annual review and attestation of CIAM capabilities.</li><li><b><span>Innovation & Continuous Improvement:</span></b> Stay current on B2B and high-value transaction authentication threats and innovations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years in identity, access management, fraud, or cybersecurity roles.</li><li>Experience with authentication orchestration platforms, CIAM tools and Branch and Contact Center authentication.</li><li>Strong understanding of channel-specific client behaviors and risk profiles.</li><li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and vendor relationships.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FFIEC, NIST 800-63).</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Preferred Skills:</span></b></p><ul><li>Deep understanding of FIDO standards and non-phishable authentication protocols.</li><li>Experience implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) across diverse channels.</li><li>Knowledge of biometric, possession-based, and behavioral authentication methods.</li><li>Experience contributing to governance reviews, technical assessments, or advisory forums.</li><li>Ability to translate authentication risk into actionable business and technical requirements.</li></ul><p></p><p><span>#INDKEY</span></p><p></p><p>Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment.  As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. If located near a KeyBank location, the position in the future may work partially from a Key facility. If not located near a Key facility, team will consider remote workers.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</p>This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
