Location: Remote (Florida or Texas residents only)

What You'll Do

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll primarily assist customers through live chat, helping them with:

  • Product questions and recommendations
  • Order status updates
  • Shipping and damage claims
  • Pricing calculations and quotes
  • Vendor and customer communications
  • General support and problem-solving

You'll play an important role in creating excellent customer experiences while identifying opportunities to support sales and business growth.
