Candidate Experience Coordinator (CXC) - Temp to Perm

Renuity is hiring Candidate Experience Coordinator (CXC) to support high-volume hiring across our divisions. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless candidate journey from offer acceptance through Day 1—driving strong communication, operational excellence, and improved show rates.

The Role

As a Candidate Experience Coordinator (CXC), you will own the candidate journey from offer acceptance through Day 1.

This role is critical to ensuring candidates feel informed, supported, and confident as they transition into Renuity. You’ll act as the bridge between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding—driving both experience and conversion (Offer → Day 1 Show Rate).

What You’ll Do

  • Own the candidate relationship post-offer through Day 1

  • Deliver high-touch, proactive communication to candidates throughout onboarding

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to keep candidates moving forward

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

    • Start dates

    • Background checks

    • Onboarding steps

    • System/process gaps

  • Track and maintain accurate data in Ashby (ATS) including:

    • Offer acceptance to Day 1 show rates

    • Training dates

    • Onboarding completion & compliance

  • Drive Day 1 readiness + confirmation (reduce fallout and no-shows)

  • Identify gaps in the process and recommend improvements to enhance candidate experience

What Success Looks Like

  • High Offer to Day 1 conversion rates

  • Strong candidate satisfaction and engagement

  • Minimal onboarding delays or drop-off

  • Seamless coordination across TA, HR, and business stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years experience in:

    • Customer service

    • Recruiting coordination / onboarding

    • HR or high-touch administrative support

  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Experience with ATS systems (Ashby or similar preferred)

  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion

Education:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Tools & Systems

You’ll work across tools including:

  • Ashby (ATS)

  • ADP (onboarding)

  • Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel)

  • Other internal systems (Salesforce, etc.)
