            Position Overview

            As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking language interpretation services. Your primary responsibility is to gather accurate information from callers and efficiently connect them with qualified interpreters who can facilitate communication in real-time. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.

            The overnight shift (which may include weekends and holidays) is critical in ensuring our clients have access to 24/7 language services. This position is ideal for night owls who prefer working during quieter hours and are looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity.

            Key Responsibilities

            As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your duties will include:

            • Answering incoming calls from clients requesting interpreter services in a professional and courteous manner
            • Gathering and verifying caller information, including language needed, type of call (medical, legal, business, etc.), and specific requirements
            • Matching clients with appropriate interpreters from our extensive network of over 3,000 independently contracted linguists
            • Managing high-volume call queues efficiently while maintaining exceptional service quality
            • Troubleshooting basic technical issues and guiding clients through the connection process
            • Documenting call details accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
            • Maintaining strict confidentiality of client information and sensitive data in compliance with privacy regulations
            • Providing follow-up support as needed to ensure successful interpreter connections
