Bilingual Bookkeeper (Full-Time)

Property Management Company | On-Site

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Property Management team. This role is ideal for someone with practical bookkeeping or accounting support experience, formal studies in accounting or bookkeeping, and a strong interest in property management operations.

This position focuses on day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial accuracy and consistency across our managed associations. A college degree is not required, but relevant coursework or certification in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting support tasks
  • Reconcile bank accounts and review transactions for accuracy
  • Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
  • Support monthly financial close and basic financial reporting
  • Assist with budgets, assessments, and routine financial tracking
  • Maintain organized financial records in compliance with internal procedures
  • Support audits and year-end processes as needed

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles
  • Studies in accounting or bookkeeping (certificate, coursework, or technical program preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree not required
  • Experience with AppFolio or property management software (preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
