Bilingual Bookkeeper (Full-Time)
Property Management Company | On-Site
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Property Management team. This role is ideal for someone with practical bookkeeping or accounting support experience, formal studies in accounting or bookkeeping, and a strong interest in property management operations.
This position focuses on day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial accuracy and consistency across our managed associations. A college degree is not required, but relevant coursework or certification in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting support tasks
- Reconcile bank accounts and review transactions for accuracy
- Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support monthly financial close and basic financial reporting
- Assist with budgets, assessments, and routine financial tracking
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with internal procedures
- Support audits and year-end processes as needed
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles
- Studies in accounting or bookkeeping (certificate, coursework, or technical program preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree not required
- Experience with AppFolio or property management software (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
