Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers.</p></li><li><p>Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs.</p></li><li><p>Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets.
