The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate in serving every customer and has good experience in managing customer relationship.</p><p>This position is part of the Operations Team located Malaysia remotely</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, a typical day will look like:</b></p><p>The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for working collaboratively with the Water Quality team to process and manage sales orders and customer support – e.g. answer telephone and provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate in serving every customer and has good experience in managing customer relationship.</p><p>This position is part of the Operations Team located Malaysia remotely.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>In this role, a typical day will look like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.</p></li><li><p>Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling any related transactions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database, ensuring all interactions are documented.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with Supply Chain department to ensure accurate information is provided on product availability, dispatch dates and shipping status.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include:</b></p><ul><li><p>Education – bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a business related or science discipline</p></li><li><p>Work experience: 2-3 years’ customer service/support experience in a commercial (preferably B2B/multinational) organization</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce/Oracle/SAP a plus</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Hach is proud to part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
