À propos du poste
L’adjoint·e au programme de bourses appuiera la mise en œuvre du programme de bourses du BASF, en contribuant à l’administration, aux activités de rayonnement, à l’organisation d’événements et aux communications. Ce rôle offre une occasion unique d’acquérir une expérience concrète dans le secteur OBNL tout en soutenant des initiatives qui favorisent l’excellence académique des étudiant·e·s noir·e·s à travers le Canada.Principales responsabilités:
Administration du programme de bourses- Soutenir la Directrice du programme de bourses d'études dans les activités quotidiennes
- Assurer la liaison avec les établissements d’enseignement pour le rayonnement et le développement de partenariats
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les bases de données des parties prenantes
- Participer à la planification et à la coordination de l’événement annuel
- Rechercher des commanditaires et des donateurs potentiels
- Assurer le suivi des tâches liées à l’événement
- Offrir un soutien logistique et administratif
- Élaborer et maintenir un calendrier de communications
- Rédiger et planifier des publications sur les médias sociaux et des envois courriel
- Contribuer à la création de contenu aligné avec la mission de BASF
- Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et gestion du temps
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à respecter les échéanciers
- Intérêt pour le secteur OBNL, l’éducation ou l’impact communautaire
- Une expérience en administration, en planification d’événements ou en médias sociaux est un atout
- Être actuellement aux études ou récemment diplômé·e d’un programme postsecondaire (cégep ou université)
- Domaines privilégiés : communications, administration des affaires, gestion des organismes à but non lucratif, sciences sociales ou domaine connexe
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis
- Formation en administration de programmes de bourses et en opérations d’OBNL
- Expérience pratique en planification d’événements et à la collecte de fonds
- Expérience pratique en communications et gestion de contenu
- Développement de compétences professionnelles (organisation, collaboration, relations avec les parties prenantes
