We help buildings move away from the headaches of stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets to a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service. More than just operational relief, we integrate with major Property Management Systems (PMS) and gate hardware to turn parking into a frictionless experience that skyrockets Net Operating Income (NOI) for our clients.

Why is this such an exciting opportunity? We have carved out a highly differentiated position in a massive PropTech market, our customers love us, and we recently closed a successful Series A funding round with a proven sales process. Parkade is officially in hypergrowth. With our current AE team already consistently performing above quota, we’re looking for an elite Account Executive to join the ranks and help us become the premier parking-software company in the industry.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be a critical player in our growth engine. You can confidently present a revenue model and defend pricing to property leadership.

Attentiveness & Organization: You have incredible attention to detail and maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene in your CRM. You know how to listen to customers to uncover their specific pain points and map them directly to our solutions.

AI-Forward Mindset: You embrace AI as a daily sales co-pilot. You’re excited to leverage AI tools to analyze call transcripts for buying signals, hyper-personalize your cold outreach at scale, quickly summarize complex discovery notes, and automate routine CRM updates so you can spend more time selling.

Communication: You write fast, clearly, and with impeccable grammar.
